Shallow vs Deep: Most teens operate in "Shallow Work" (multitasking). We train "Deep Work" (high cognitive demand).
Dopamine Loops: We objectify the urge to scroll. You are not choosing to scroll; you are being played.
Sovereignty: The goal is agency. Choosing where the mind goes.
